All swatch fabrics you will find will be listed with the following: Pattern number, grade and color.

You can pick ANY of our fabric to put on ANY PART of your sofas. The cost of the sofa will either go up or down according to what grade quality you desire for the sofa. There will be a $35.00 difference if you want a lower grade, or a $35.00 addition.

When mixing more than 2 fabrics for your sofa(s), the cost will be based on a higher fabric grade unless you choose an accent pillows combination.

You may ask for 2 sample swatch fabrics mailed to you free of charge. However any additional sample fabrics will be $3.00 per sample. We will send out sample fabric the same day we receive your request.
